Gary R. Wiedwald, DVM Dr. Wiedwald is originally from Ohio and
is a 1965 graduate of Miami University. Thereafter he attended
and graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine at the
Ohio State University in 1969. Dr. Wiedwald began his veterinary
career at a large practice in the Boston area and subsequently
started his own practice there, in 1981. Dr. Wiedwald relocated
to the Southern Chester County area in 1991 and Dr. Wiedwald and his wife, Victoria, live in Delaware and have one dog, “Moxley.” Dr Wiedwald spends his time enjoying his family, running, hiking and gardening.

Michelle Renninger-Giannini is one of our surgical nurses. She graduated from Harcum in December, 2001, with a degree in Veterinary Technology. Michelle brings to Pocopson Veterinary Station six years of emergency clinic experience. Additionally, her extensive experience in critical care and surgery provides a necessary asset to our practice in providing your pet with high quality care. Michelle and her husband live in Honeybrook, with their baby girl, Isabella, as well as five pets: a German Shepherd, a beagle, a bassett hound and two cats. |
Val Frymiare |

| Val Frymiare comes to Pocopson Veterinary Station
with six years of experience as a small animal technician. Val
is one of the room technicians who works closely with the
doctors while they are in appointments. She may also
be one of the techs you meet if you schedule a "tech
only" appointment. Val
recently moved to Downingtown with her 10-year-old persian
Zeus and his young feline friend Ernie, and her newly adopted Cavalier King Charles, Louie. Val
was a Liberal Studies major with concentrations in math and
science at West Chester University. |
Sue Smith |

Sue Smith adds her personality and veterinary experience of over 15 years at Pocopson Vet Station. Her knowledge of the clients and more importantly the patients is one of the highlights of having her as part of our team. Sue graduated from Harcum in 1992 with a degree in Veterinary Technology. Sue currently resides in Chester County with her husband and daughter where they share space along with her dog, rabbit, and three cats. Luckily her other pet, her horse (who is also her hobby), has separate living quarters.
